If you look deeply into the matter, The body is nothing but energy. Believe that the same consciousness is present in oneself and also in others. To practice this meditation the first thing to do is d isconnect yourself from our gross body. set our bodies aside, and Stop believing that we are the body. Instead, we have to believe that wet here is consciousness. The same consciousness that exists inside us a lso present in other bodies. we are part of the infinite body o f consciousness which is present everywhere. Everything is made of this consciousness. You may find it easier to understand if you use the word God in place of consciousness. One must constantly believe that the same God exists in himself and in other bodies as well.
